Every piece in our collections is crafted with intention and emotion — much like a character stepping onto a dimly lit stage.
If your garment needs to exit this story and begin another, we will help you through the process with clarity and care.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We gladly accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
· Unworn, unwashed and undamaged
· Free of makeup, perfume, deodorant, or scent transfer
· With all original tags, labels and accessories attached
· In its original packaging
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
· Intimates and undergarments
· Bodysuits
· Earrings
· Socks & hosiery
· Sale items / discounted items
· Gift cards
· Customized or made-to-order designs
3. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to change size or color, please:
1. Submit a return for your original item
2. Place a new order for your desired item
This ensures availability and faster processing.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe return of your item.
Cheap Art Label is not responsible for lost or delayed return parcels.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Please note:
· Original shipping fees are non-refundable
· Customs duties, VAT/GST and import taxes are non-refundable
· Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery:

Include:
· Order number
· Description of the issue
· Clear photos of the item
· Photos of packaging (if damaged)
We will assist you as quickly as possible.
7. Returns From Outside Asia
International orders may be subject to:
· Higher shipping costs
· Longer transit time
· Additional customs processing
Please allow extra time for your return to reach us.
Customs duties paid by the customer cannot be refunded.
